•  a double room with wardrobe, desk and balcony

•  a living room with divan bed, SAT-TV, DVD, safe and balcony

•  a small kitchen, fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, dish-washer, kitchenware and dishes

•  a bathroom with shower, toilet and hairdryer

•  a garage with two parking places

•  a deposit, in winter to be used for ski equipment and in summer for bicycles
