The reservation of the apartment requires a down payment of 30% of the whole amount.
The down payment will not be returned, in case the reservation is cancelled.
The price is intended for 7 days, taxes included.
Nothing will be charged for cleaning expenses, if the apartment is left clean at the end of the holiday. If not, we are forced to charge a minimum fee of 50,00 €.
